New on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10am – Cardio Blast! This class is a great way to get your cardio and your Pilates done in the same class. Intervals of jumping on the Jump Board with Pilates Reformer exercises spaced between will give you more calorie burn as well as the strengthening, lengthening, and balance you get from a regular Pilates Reformer class.
