Q. How long have you been practicing Pilates?
A. I have been working with Christina for 18 months.
Q. What is your favorite exercise?
A. I would say the Hundred and Planks. I feel my core is stronger, and I do see results.
Q. What is your favorite piece of equipment?
A. The Reformer is my favorite, however, I’m very intrigued by the Cadillac.
Q. What other forms of exercise do you regularly participate in?
A. I walk my dog, Charlie every day. I do enjoy barre and yoga.
Q. Tell us about your family.
A. My husband, Greg, and I moved to Omaha about 9 years ago from Missouri. We have two sons, Nathan and Justin. We are blessed with two granddaughters, Coraline and Audrey. We are anxiously waiting for a new grand-baby in early July.
Q. What is your favorite food?
A. My husband’s barbecue and fresh sushi always pared with nice glass of wine.
Q. How do you find time for Pilates?
A. I make Pilates a priority. I attend classes 2-3 times a week.
Q. What do you think is the biggest benefit of doing Pilates?
A. Wow, I am amazed by Pilates! I have less back pain. I truly have found a workout that works best for me. I can see me doing Pilates for life.
I love working with Christina and her clients at Pilates Core and More. Christina’s workouts are always different, challenging and she focuses on proper technique. She keeps us motivated with monthly challenges and nutrition tips.
